Talynn Peepeekoot

Plains Cree Iskwêwak, born and raised in Loon Lake Saskatchewan apart of Makwa Sahgaiehcan First Nation. Talynn grew up going to a music camp called Northern Lights Bluegrass and Old Tyme located in Big River. Talynn says it’s helped her vouce grow tremendously and from there she has been learning about the musician life along with meeting some great musicians (some are now her very good friends and mentors) Talynn has never been stuck in one genre when it comes to singing - “I just sing what sounds good.” She is mainly doing covers but is slowly creating her own songs and has big dreams to collab with Canadian artists.
