Western Medicine

Western Medicine is a recent collaboration with Ray Elliott ,Shannon Elizabeth , Stevie Brown ,Wyndham Thiessen and Lucas Goetz .Recorded with Ryan Andersen in Saskatoon winter 2023. A stripped down country folk album ready for release in July of 2024. Acoustic Guitar , Cello , pedal steel and vocals .A completely different take on Saskatchewan country folk. Shannon and Ray toured these songs as a duo last summer throughout Saskatchewan and Alberta in support of the Ray Elliott Bands album release Storyteller Wilderness.. We currently have a few festivals booked for 2024 two weeks in July and a two week tour slated for September .We are also building a social media presence for our future release this summer tours. Ray and Shannon toured and worked on performing these songs live last summer in Alberta and Sk . . This was in support of the Ray Elliott Band Storyteller Wilderness .Ray also toured these songs in Alberta and BC for a September tour. Dog Patch music Festival Jasper Folk Music Festival First release will be “End’s of the world “at the Dog Patch Music Festival , This song is about his family . We would also like to release another single at this time .
